It’s unbelievable how appreciated Merritt Wever is as an actress — especially for Unbelievable (2019). Her portrayal of Detective Duvall in the Netflix miniseries merited Merritt a Peabody award and a Golden Globe nomination. Years after graduating from Sarah Lawrence College, she co-starred in the Academy Award-winning movie Birdman (2014).
